Screenplay written by Nikki Wade and Directed by Gail Everett-Smith, this story chronicles the lives of the Everett Family from the early 1960's to the mid 1980's, as they attempt to cope and deal with the developing mental illness of wife & mother Mary, that was triggered by the onset of early menopause. This gripping tale explores the dichotomy of the American Black family diaspora, as it relates to the stigma of mental health, versus the beliefs of the black church.
